Description

Zeug Ascending is a toy. Put the Vive on, lie down on some cushions
Move your controller and modify the forms as it pleases you.

Challenges

48h to make a VR Game. 
As the team didn't have any programmer (2 game designers, one jack of all trade and one graphist)
After trying to make a game where you move forms to pass in holes. We choose to make a toy where the player relax on the floor and enjoy creating his own clip

Qualities
  • It is a soft experience that relax the user

  • I enjoyed the music I made and the ambiance

  • It doesn't need any explanation and can be done by anyone and they will enjoy it

Defaults
  • The visuals are missing a bit of variation

  • The mixing and mastering of the track is lacking

Game Design
  • Cancelling all the game design plan to make a toy !
Sound Design
  • Creating in Ableton a track that will suit the visuals and also with timings that are coherent to what was coded in Unity
